I love sharing these posts with you! It’s a way for me to share some of the amazing things that I have seen around the web with you here. However, I know that not everyone has time in their schedule to look at everything that I am sharing with you each week. Read: Beauty from the Inside Out: What to Eat for Gorgeous Skin an interview with Jolene Hart. Jolene has a great book called Eat Pretty that I also highly recommend! Her information is easy to digest and allows for very easy implementation in your own life.
Watch: Chef’s Table on Netflix. I have only seen three episodes of this documentary thus far, but find the stories behind these chefs completely inspiring! The first episode follows Chef Massimo Bottura, whose restaurant was just name the Best Restaurant in the World!

Make: I believe in moderation for sweets so if you have an event coming up (birthday, shower, retirement) that you need to prepare an amazing dessert for, I definitely recommend trying out this Easy Baked Cheesecake (Vegan & Gluten Free). It’s divine!
