These next two are cookbooks and I found them both in my local library-- check them out there first if you are on the fence or just curious! The library is an amazing resource.
Joyous Detox by Joy McCarthy is a wonderful addition to your collection. About half of the book is filled with amazing information about eating healthfully with tips to help you succeed and the other half is recipes.
Raw. Vegan. Not Gross. By Laura Miller. A cookbook but with a great story woven into the recipes. I loved reading through this book and have loved some of the recipes from it as well. It offers a really approachable way to incorporating more plant-based meals into your regular routine.
