March Roundup

March Roundup

Happy March!

Feels like spring must be just around the corner, right?

I can hardly believe it, but I started this blogging journey one year ago, which seems crazy to me. It has truly been a labor of love and I have really enjoyed creating new content and recipes to share with you. Thank you, times a million, for your love and support over this past year, it means the world to me! If there are recipes you’d like to see (or just ingredients you have on hand and aren’t sure how to use them!) or anything related to recipes or healthy homes that you’d like to see more of, please let me know! You can find me on social media or at karenscolorfulkitchen@gmail.com

I look forward to hearing from you! In the meantime, here are a few gems from around the web that I wanted to share with you this month. Happy reading!

Listen

This episode is hilarious (with a few curse words so if you have kids, maybe don’t listen to this one with them in the car!) and super informational, check it out What the FORK to Eat! With Stefanie Sacks on the Party In My Plants Podcast (Episode 17)

Want to learn more about self-care and personal growth? Check out this episode of Let it Out with Katie Dalebout where she interviews Davida Kugelmass of The Healthy Maven (episode 138).

Make

My new favorite snack, hands down is Chocolate Cherry Bites

This Cream of Mushroom and Roasted Garlic Soup from Vanille Verte is amazing. (And dairy-free!)

Since it’s definitely still soup season, let’s throw this Cauliflower Leek Soup in here too because it’s super easy and super delicious!

Since beets are still in season, try out these Smoky Beets-- perfect as a side or on top of your favorite salad or grain!

Have a great weekend!
